The Inclusion Department works to reduce barriers to learning and ensure that all students can access the general education curriculum.

This is achieved through:

• developing individualised education plans based on identified academic, behavioural, emotional, and social needs
• providing targeted instruction, differentiation, accommodations, and modifications aligned to individual learning profiles
• supporting inclusion for students of determination within general education classrooms through collaboration with teachers and support staff
• ongoing professional development to ensure inclusive practices are informed by current, research-based approaches

The English Language Learning (ELL) department supports students in developing English language proficiency while valuing and encouraging the continued use of mother tongue languages and cultural identity as part of students’ academic and emotional development.

Support focuses on:

• the four language domains of listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• developing academic and social vocabulary through consistent practice
• supporting participation in general education classes through collaboration with teachers and support teams
• continuous professional learning to ensure ELL provision reflects current global best practice

The Gifted and Talented (G&T) programme recognises students with exceptional potential in academic ability, talent, and innovation, and supports their continued growth and development.

This is achieved by:

• developing individual plans that extend learning based on identified areas of exceptionalism
• providing targeted support and enrichment opportunities aligned to students’ strengths
• supporting participation in general education classrooms through collaboration with teachers and stakeholders
• ongoing professional development to ensure provision reflects current global best practice in gifted education
