Here at UAS mental health and wellbeing is of great importance for everyone who is a part of our community. Throughout the week of October 9th through the 13th, Mental Health and Wellbeing Week, we were able to spread awareness in many ways. We shared daily tips, activities, and lessons about ways to be more aware of your emotions, wellness, and lifestyle. In order to provide a variety of avenues to come together as a community and boost happiness, we held a Wellbeing Evening of the Arts as well as a Fitness Walk. Our whole school art project is under way and we are preparing a way to turn our anxieties and negative thoughts into a beautiful work of art. It is truly inspiring to see our students taking the lead in promoting their own well-being and that of others.
